Universal Fam Connection $10,925.00 $21,600.00 85 - Ashburn, Beverly, Mount Greenwood YMCA OF METROPOLITAN CHICAGO/ SOUTHWEST Educational Support Suspension, Turancy, Expulsion Services Mental health and substance abuse counseling services will be provided for youth or adolescents at risk of truancy, suspension or expulsion from school. Family counseling will be available as well.

The agency can do an assessment for substance abuse problems, urine screening, diagnosis, treatment planning and services designed to alleviate substance abuse. Will also work with the family and the substance abuse issues.

Family prevention/support services and intervention/treatment services are all a part of their counseling process.

UNIVERSAL FAMILY CONNECTION Educational Support Suspension, Turancy, Expulsion Services The agency will do an initial assessment to determine the family's needs. Then counseling will be offered to the child, and if necessary to the parents.

They will also offer mentoring services to the child, and if necessary tutoring services will be subcontracted out.

 They will provide after care services if it is warranted. They will work with the schools and their personnel to provide the best plan for the child and the parents.

EASTER SEALS OF METROPOLITAN CHICAGO Educational Support Suspension, Turancy, Expulsion Services The agency will provide individual/group counseling for the children and families to address social, emotional and behavioral issues that negatively impact school attendance.

Mentoring will be available if the referral warrants it. Case management will also be provided.

Parenting support including parenting skills classes will also be available.
