Steering meets every other month (even months) on the 3rd Thursday at 9:00am at Omni Wrap Committee meets every month on the 3rd Thursday at Omni. Time is after the steering committee on even months and 10:00am on odd months. FCS committee meets on an as needed basis. |

| The Kenneth Young Centers | $21,600.00 | $21,600.00 | 38A - Wheeling Township | OMNI YOUTH SERVICES | Movimiento, After School, and Project Reclaim Programs | Three separate programs wil be offered to support sutdents in this LAN. Movimiento (Movement in Spanish) focuses on older Latino youth, age 14-18 exhibiting truancy and behaviors that result in suspensions/expulsions. Services are individualized and include mentoring, ESL classes, tutoring, parent support groups, and computer training. After school program targets younger Latino youth in elementary and middle/Jr. High who exhibit behaviors that put them at risk of academic failure, truancy and/or suspension. Students meet 4 days a week in small groups that foucses on changing school behavior. Parental involvement in these groups is also encouraged. Project Reclaim is a collaboration of 8 area high schools and Omni. Students served are truant, or have been suspended or expelled. Omni provides on site group counseling to these students at an area Alternative school. |
