Sinnissippi Centers $26,600.00 $26,600.00 30 - Carroll, Lee, Ogle, Whiteside Counties SINNISSIPPI CENTERS, INC. Family Center Service This program will provide services to families who have children exhibited  behaviors that make him/her at risk for school suspensions, expulsions, poor attendance and/or truancy. A case manager will provide education support services such as mentoring, tutoring, and advocacy inside and outside of schools. They will assist clients and their families by facilitating on-going LAN/WRAP Child and Family teams to provide a support to the clients and families during and after discharge from the FCS program.
