Project Success-Educational Advocacy Program Project Success-Educational Advocacy Program will receive referrals of students who have barriers to academic success, especially issues of truancy and will use Family Advocates to assess the issues and make referrals to community services to correct the problems or develop a child/family team for more intensive efforts. The targeted population will be elementary age student in Vermilion County.
