Livingston County Comm $21,600.00 $21,600.00 23A - Livingston County LIVINGSTON COUNTY COMMISSION ON CHILDREN & YOUTH Academic Enhancement Program Livingston County Commission on Children & Youth-Student Academic Enhancement Program will use a web-based learning system as well as individual tutoring and/or counseling to provide services to students of three targeted junior high schools in Livingston County who are at risk of academic failure due to issues of truancy, court probation or poor school performance. Referrals of students outside the targeted schools will also be accepted.
