LAN 65:

Wraparound

LAN 65 can offer you connections to resources, a supportive family focused team approach to problem solving, and some financial assistance through the Wraparound Services Committee.  For help from this committee, ask yourself these questions:
  • Are you and your child struggling with behavioral, social, or school difficulties?

  • Have you tried everything, but nothing seems to work?

If you answered "yes" to both questions, LAN 65 may be able to help.  There's resources and funding available that you might be eligible for.

Step 1 - Call Robin Levine or Karen McCaugherty, Wraparound Committee Co-Chairs.  They can help you decide if Wraparound will work for you.

Step 2 - A Wraparound Member works with you and a team of people you chose to develop an individual plan.  The Wraparound Committee assists with identifying resources that match you plan.

Step 3 - Wraparound Funds are short-term (3-6 months). They can be requested by your wraparound facilitator.

All assistance is fully confidential, and no information about your family is shared without your written permission.  You participation is completely voluntary.
