UCAN believes that all of a student's systems work together to impact the student's overall stability. LAN 65 will include a number of UCAN programs. |
| COMMUNITY COUNSELING CENTERS OF CHICAGO | Presented as an eight-week series of positive parenting skills, coupled with three specialized home visits including case management services, and an on-going support group, the programs designed to improve parent-child interactions and to increase parents' access to information and services that help prevent child maltreatment and school delinquency issues. |
