THE RAINBOW'S END, INC./ THE RAINBOW PROJECT |
Project Rainbow's End |
Project Rainbow Hope will provide services to
any child 6-18 years old exhibiting social, emotional and/or behavioral
problems by being truant, suspended and/or expelled.
Intervention intended to reduce truancy,
suspension and expulsion with programming to increase achievement,
attachment (bonding), and attendance thru life skill development, anger
management techniques and/or conflict resolutions.
Primary collaboration will be with school
district 152 (Bryant School), District 172 (Sandridge School) and 3 high
schools in district 227. |

SUCCESS CENTER INSTITUTE |
The Educational Support Program |
The Success Center will provide help to
adolescents and teen between the ages of 11-14 years of age who are
exhibiting social, emotional, and/or behavioral problems, which are
negatively impacting their school performance.
These negative impacts can be demonstrated
by poor school attendance, truancy, suspensions, and/or expulsions. The
population that will be served is adolescents, teens and their families.
It will also include at risk community youth,
post-adoptive families, foster families and intact families.
They will receive mental health treatment
services, crisis intervention services, case management services, Spanish
speaking services, parent education and support services and collaboration
with other human service agencies and school based alternative to detention
programs. |

OLYMPIA FIELDS FAMILY COUNSELING CENTER |
Maintaining & Developing Youth in School |
Maintaining & Developing Youth in School will
provide services to youth from the fifth grade through high school that have
been truant, suspended or expelled from their home school.
All students will be assessed using
Behavioral Objective Sequence assessment tool. Services will include
educational assistance services, conflict resolution/anger management,
communication skills/self-esteem development, interpersonal skills
development and relationship building and violence prevention, and
leadership development.
Support services will include parent
participation, community organization, police juvenile officer, court
official and/or other responsible individuals who are interested in the
child well being.
The primary school will be Thornton
Fractional North and South. |
