 Committee Descriptions/ Meetings 

Steering Committee meets every 4th Tuesday of each month (except July & August) at 8:30 am at Evanston H.S.

Wrap meets every 4th Thursday of each month at 9:30am at the Skokie DCFS office.

FCS meets monthly at YOU (schedule varies) Program committee meets on an as needed basis.

Student Empowerment Program This program will provide case management services to Evanston families who have a student that is truant, or exhibits behaviors that put him/her at risk of suspension or expulsion. Specific educational support services will be provided such as assistance in enrollment, coordinating transportation, attending IEPs and staffings, resource planning and enrollment in one of Y.O.U.'s existing academic enrichment programs. Parents of the youth will be an integral part setting goals for their children.
