Contractual
Review and Quality Assurance a.k.a. Compliance and QA
- (This team meets the Fourth Friday of every month at
8:00am. at the LAN office) Committee Task; Outcome
implementation and monitor as identified in the LAN
formulation. Review of performance outcomes for LAN projects
and their providers. Consultation on outcome measures for new
projects. Monitor project contractual compliance.

Case
Review Transition Team - (This team meets the Second
and Fourth Tuesday of each month from 3:00p.m. to 5:00p.m. at
the CADS office in Rock Island) Committee Tasks; Implements
Flex Fund Program. Support those developing Child and Family
Teams and Wrap Around Plans. Communicates with community
trainers and agency administrators on staff training needs.
The LAN Administrator uses this team for consultation
regarding resource expenditures.

Vision,
Future Direction and Community Relations - (This
team meets the fifth Wednesday of January, April, July and
October from 8:30a.m. to 9:30a.m. at the LAN office
in Rock Island) Committee Tasks; Develops goal
recommendations to move the LAN Vision and Philosophy
forward. Considers taking on broad community issues.

Philosophy
and Standards for Service Delivery - (This team
meets the fourth Monday of every month from 3:30p.m. to
4:30p.m. at the LAN office in Rock Island) Committee Tasks;
Assures projects while following the LAN mission and
principles. Provide consultation to LAN member organizations
on current or future activities. Review detail of protocols
to be sure they are consistent with the LAN philosophy.

Membership,
Communication and Community Involvement - (This
team meets the Third Tuesday of every month from 9:00a.m. to
10:00a.m prior to the LAN Membership Meeting at the Rock
Island Public Library) Committee Tasks; Annual Membership
enrollment. Identifying and recruiting new membership,
developing or coordination development of written materials
for broad distribution, expanding LAN concepts into the
community, developing the slate for annual election and
developing annual committee appointment recommendations.
