Gatekeeping/Wraparound Services

Anyone can refer a child and family to the Gatekeeping Committee for Wraparound Services:

Priorities at this time include:

1) Youth ages 3-18 years old.

2) Youth and families receiving services from multiple agencies.

3) Youth whose families are about to give up on them.

4) Youth at risk of out of home placement i.e. substitute care, DOC, hospitalization.

5) Educationally at-risk students.

6) Seriously Emotionally Disturbed Youth.
